Salma is a Ph.D. candidate in the Energy and Resources Group and a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Lawrence Berkeley Lab. Her Ph.D. studies California's transition from gas to electric heating using mixed methods, particularly spatial and qualitative analysis. At the D-Lab, she's worked as a consultant and Excel workshop instructor.
