Location:
Barrows 371: D-Lab Breakout Room
Description

This working group is for people specifically interested in learning to use QDA software (e.g., NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MaxQDA, and Dedoose). Everyone with an interest in hands-on learning, regardless of previous experience, is encouraged to attend. This working group offers a dedicated space for peer-led learning and support. Group members are all using or interested in using a QDA software package such as MaxQDA, Atlas.TI, NVivo, or Dedoose. All QDA Working Group meetings provide a venue to share successes and challenges, and get feedback on approach to analysis. The QDA Working Group is filling a much-needed space to talk about qualitative methods and data analysis in a supportive environment. The group is open to qualitative researchers at all levels of experience, including graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and staff, who are working through data analysis for their own projects.
