I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of City and Regional Planning (DCRP) with a background in public policy, disaster planning and hazard mitigation, and "the social science side" of seismic risk reduction internationally. My general research interests include methods (e.g. network science and data visualization, citizen science and social media) and concepts that address the distribution of hazard mitigation tools and information in high-inequity places. My own work is interdisciplinary, and I enjoy collaborating with other researchers to solve complex problems.
