I am a masters student in the School of Information. My interests lie in public interest technology and the application of computational methods to cultural and social questions. I've done research and work on the interactions between algorithms and people—including bias diffusion, the world-making role of algorithms, and algorithmic bias.
I am a member of the New Media Working Group and the Responsibility Lab, where I've written on the intersections between human and algorithmic bias with Professor Diag Davenport.
