Bio/CV: 
Stephanie is an Epidemiology PhD student at UC-Berkeley who is interested in understanding how social determinants of health drive inequities in maternal and child health and mental health.
She is currently working with her advisor Dr. Corinne Riddell on research related to measurement of structural racism as well as policies for child abuse prevention.
She earned a BS in Psychology and English from the University of Illinois and a MPH from the University of Wisconsin.
Prior to Berkeley, Stephanie worked for an program that aimed to reduce disproportionately high rates of infant mortality among African Americans in Madison WI, and conducted systematic reviews on mental health topics at the VA Healthcare System in Portland OR.
