Teresita Martinez is committed to understanding and combating the structural and systemic inequalities in the Pre-K through higher education finance systems. She is a Ph.D. student in the School Organization and Education Policy (SOEP) program at the University of California, Davis and a graduate student researcher at the California Education Lab & Wheelhouse: The Center for Community College Leadership and Research.
Martinez holds a M.A. in Economics and Education, Education Policy emphasis from Teachers College, Columbia University (TC) and a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Education from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
