I recently graduated from UC Berkeley in the Spring of 2022 with a major in sociology with a concentration in research methodology. My senior thesis explored the emotion management of cis-gendered, bisexual women in hetero-partnerships experienced when engaging in spaces that were defined as heteronormative or queer in their social construction. My primary technique for research thus far has used in-depth interviews and MAXQDA, but I have also used R to analyze existing data to test existing hypotheses. I aim to continue forward in a research and equity focused career.
