I am an MPH candidate in Infectious Disease and Vaccinology at UC Berkeley's School of Public Health. My areas of interest and expertise lie in cleaning, visualizing, and analyzing large sets of patient generated medical data. Prior to my position as Consultant with the D-Lab I worked as a data scientist with the Population Health and Policy Research Group at the SF VA Medical Center where I was responsible for extracting incidents of patients falling from medical records using natural language processing.
