Michael earned his B.A.in Psychology from UC Berkeley and currently works as the manager of Professor Okonofua's Equity, Diversity, and Empathy Navigation Sciences Lab in the UC Berkeley Psychology department.
Research interests:
Social Psychology; growth mindsets, stereotype threat, self-compassion, and wise interventions that reduce bias towards underrepresented minorities in academia and the workplace. Consulting areas include: Data Manipulation and Cleaning, Mixed Methods, Python Programming, Qualitative methods, R Programming, Software Tools, Surveys, Sampling & Interviews.
